Elinor is absolutely brilliant. She is friendly, approachable, and patient. Elinor put me at ease right from the start. I have been impressed with her ability to build rapport and create a safe and non-judgmental space for discussion, even over Zoom. I have felt so comfortable talking to her. Elinor’s insight and wise words have been invaluable. Put shortly, I cannot thank her enough or recommend her more highly

COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy for couples and individuals

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to offering ongoing relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy for couples & individuals. Through weekly sessions, we can work together to take a deep dive into your relationship difficulties, family background, relationship history and make sense of the issues that you’re facing.

All my sessions are offered remotely via Zoom, so no matter where you are based, you can meet with a highly qualified and experienced Relationship Therapist, rather than being limited to those local to you.

“Elinor has helped me completely transform how I see myself and my relationships with others. She helped me to understand where feelings and behaviours were coming from and how to process them and accept them positively. She’s helped me to re-evaluate the importance of all my relationships (family, friendships etc) to give better balance in my life and my emotions. I barely recognise who I was before!”

I know it can feel anxiety provoking and overwhelming when thinking about how to improve your relationship.

I work with many amazing clients who can ace it at work but who struggle to know what they can do to change relationship and intimacy difficulties.

Talking to their friends and family about their relationship problems can feel impossible and shrouded with taboo and shame.

I tell them the same thing as I’m going to tell you. I’m not going to judge you. You’re not alone. Let’s get started and we work out what to do. I can help you.
